What do you do when you have brown bananas, extra sourdough starter, and lots of eggs? Make sourdough banana pancakes!


As you have probably heard me say before, I do not follow recipes. I just use what I have on hand and go by look/feel/taste. This is what I used to make pancakes today and it turned out pretty well. Of course, we were too busy eating them to take any pictures of the finished product. But colored eggs shells look cool, so I have some pictures of those 🙂

3 over-ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup sourdough starter
2 Tbsp butter
pinch of salt
